Our house was built in the early 1950’s with clay tiles on the basement walls. At some time the walls had been painted. The paint did not stick and the walls were crusty from moisture. Needless to say, they were quite unattractive and the basement smelled damp and moldy. The sales person from USA Waterproofing was very informative and answered all our questions. One wall definitely did not need repaired and we were not pressured into repairing a wall that did not need it. Joe and his crew came at a respectable time each morning. They worked steady every day and were kind and pleasant. They covered most of our family room with plastic so that as little dust as possible would settle on furniture, walls, and carpet. The steps and carpet were covered with cloths. Joe came to us at the end of each day summing up the day’s work and letting us know about the next day. A problem arose the last day concerning work that another company had done in the basement with our family room. That company was unwilling to come back and reinstall a wall, or at least not without a charge. Steve Rusk sent some men back out to finish the work. Our walls now have a white paneled finish and look much brighter. We are very pleased with our basement and proud to let others see it now. We very much recommend USA Waterproofing.
